He answered the phone himself even though it was late at night. He reassured us from the moment we spoke to him. He brought my mother back to the funeral home right away and met with us the next day. He was so kind and answered all of our questions even though we had many. He reviewed all costs and there were no surprises. He was always available by phone or in person for all of us throughout the week leading up to the funeral. We were able to come in to the funeral home early to see my mother who looked so beautiful and peaceful. The funeral home is so lovely and reminds me of home! The attention to detail and the compassion that Rodger McKinney shows can not be found anywhere else. If you have to make a call to a Funeral Home at the time of a passing of your loved one, I would tell you that calling Chadwick McKinney Funeral Home is the best decision you can make!

I just want to take the time to say thank you very much for the great care you took of my family during our time of grief. My wife and I were both shocked and saddened by the loss of our child so far into the pregnancy, but you helped ease our pain and made everything a very smooth process for us. Thank you for keeping me up to date with the entire process and the beautiful care you took.....with our child's remains. Thank you also for your generosity during such a difficult time. I have always been very impressed with your professionalism and kindness during every ceremony that has taken place at Chadwick & McKinney. I would highly recommend your services to anyone. And I can't say thank you enough for everything you did for me and my family; you truly made a difference for us, and helped kindly close a sad event in our family and bring some relief to us.

Dear Rodger, I was so pleased that my father chose Chadwick & McKinney for my mother's funeral. You trruly made such a dfficult time in our lives a lot better with your gentle manner and your professionalism. We were so pleased with the viewing and funeral. All of the touches to make us more comfortable, we appreciated. It was a wonderful tribute to my exceptional mother. I miss her dearly. I am comforted with my memories of her but also of the funeral, and I carry the cards and prayers you helped us pick. It has been quite a sad year. Thank you again.
